The Lord has so wonderfully blessed my life with friendships. [You have often heard me talk about my Girls (Robin & Stacy) or the Bible Study Ladies]
Tonight I had the pleasure of dining with dear 'sisters in Christ' and being reminded once again of God's tender mercies toward me. We have been separated nearly 13 years by a common heartbreak, yet after reconnecting this summer over monthly lunches/dinners it is as though the time apart melts away. There is much to be said for friendships built on the solid foundation of Christ.
So tonight I am thankful for the gifts of grace, forgiveness, humility, friendship and reconciliation.
