Mother's Day 2010

We celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday.

Brooke and I tried to take a self portrait. This was our best shot even though it is overexposed. I love that 'cheese' face of hers.
Our other two Mommies were able to enjoy a mostly relaxing day too.
Jim grilled pork loin while Bri prepared the sides. What a meal! Grilled corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, rolls, salad, brownies and German chocolate cake. Yum!

The crew spent the wait time sitting on the deck visiting.
Here are pictures of the babies:

Maddux has started walking and that boy can move! He has been feeling badly the last few days and has to take breathing treatments every four hours. Josh and I helped Kelli give one. He would alternate between crying and laughing though the whole ten minute ordeal. Poor Josh felt so bad for him.

Isn't Brooke cute in Pappaw's boots? He called her his little bumblebee. She was as busy as a bee all day!

Derrick put Davin's shorts on his head and we snapped this picture. He looks like a little rooster.

I never got around to taking a picture with my babies...but I got pictures of Meagan and Kelli with their babies.

It was a wonderful Mother's Day! Hope you enjoyed yours.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Britt got me the Chronological Study Bible. I've been wanting it for quite a while and it was on sale for Mother's Day. Then we at at Ronin Habachi. They cook the food at your table. It was fun.

So the next day, Paige took me to lunch at El Jarrito. I went from Japan to Mexico in 1 day. What a trip but it was very good.

I'm so glad the kids got to come home and spend some time with you. It's very hard on your married kids to spend time with both of their parents.

Love the picture of Davin with his mom and dad. What a pose. He's ready for GQ. Ha ha

Brooke looked so cute wearing her pawpaw's boots.

I want my baby back. Maddux is not allowed to grow up anymore until I can see him again. I can't believe has big he has gotten.

I hope all the mothers out there had a wonderful Mother's Day.
